I  founded this organization out of a personal understanding of the struggles faced by neglected youth, drawing from my own experiences as motivation. Driven by the belief that everyone deserves opportunities for growth and empowerment, I built this organization to provide the support and resources I  wished were available for me when navigating similar challenges. My aim is to create a space where youth can find their voices, embrace their potential, and shape brighter futures and communities. 

Art serves as a powerful medium within W.I.N. (What I Needed) because it's a catalyst for self-expression, empowerment, and connection. It allows individuals to convey their stories, emotions, and experiences without boundaries, nurturing resilience, fostering creativity, and amplifying voices that might otherwise go unheard. Through art, W.I.N. provides a platform for personal growth, cultural exploration, and skill development, empowering individuals to SCREAM LOUD TROUGH THE ARTS! 

• Prevented over 20 suicides among youth.
• Empowered 200+ disinterested students to become leaders.
• Redirected 11 teens aged 13-18 from abusive relationships to graduating high school and now attending college.
• Engaged nearly 600 youth with , nurturing critical thinking and emotional expression through art with community collaboration.
• Mediated over 9 families trauma with improvement

• Sensory activities stimulate cognitive development and emotional well-being, fostering critical thinking and problem-solving skills crucial for youth growth. 
• Leadership training empowers young individuals to inspire and effect change within their communities, nurturing confidence and decision-making abilities. 
• Entrepreneurship education provides a pathway to financial literacy, innovation, and economic independence, reshaping the future trajectories of Public Health and Black Wealth.
